Century Japan Rolls Out USB LCD Monitor

Century Japan takes a slightly different route with its USB connected LCD monitor – as it comes in the extremely small size of 4.3″. Meant to act more as a SideShow device, it supposedly accommodates your instant messaging program, system statistics, even a PhotoShop toolbox. The 4.3″ display has WVGA 800 x 480 resolution and comes with an adjustable kickstand. Being bus-powered means there is no need for another bulky adapter to clutter your workspace. I’m just wondering how the price managed to touch $199 considering the diminutive size of the device, as you can get a decent 19″ LCD monitor at that price point.
